Dayton Community
The Dayton Community, located along Tropicana Ave. just steps from the Student Recreation & Wellness Center, includes Dayton North and Dayton South buildings. Dayton is reserved for approximately 500 first-year students, offering double and limited triple room configurations.
Dayton features wireless Internet, premium cable TV, social/game lounges, a computer lab, a conference room and in-building laundry.
Optional special interest floors at Dayton include Honors, Hospitality Students and Academic Support.
Tonopah Community
Located near the center of campus alongside the Dining Commons and steps from the Student Recreation & Wellness Center and Lied Library, Tonopah Center and Tonopah South together are home to a mix of 600 first-year and upperclass students.
Tonopah offers double and triple room options, and features wireless Internet, premium cable TV, laundry and study rooms on every floor, an attended front desk, a lobby lounge/game area, a computer lab and a conference room.
Optional special interest floors at Tonopah include Study-Intensive, Lee Business School and All Women Floors.
South Complex
South Complex, comprised of Boyd, Rodman and Williams halls, is located near Tropicana Ave. and is adjacent to the Dayton Community and Upper Class Complex as well as the Student Recreation & Wellness Center. South Complex is home to up to 500 first-year and upperclass students in double rooms.
South Complex features wireless Internet, premium cable TV, social/game lounges, a computer lab, a conference room and nearby laundry facilities, along with outdoor basketball and volleyball courts.
Optional special interest floors at South Complex include Healthy Living, Stonewall Suites and Howell Town.
Upper Class Complex
Upper Class Complex (UCC), located directly next door to both the Hazel M. Wilson Dining Commons and the Student Recreation & Wellness Center, is comprised of four buildings containing unique suite-style divided rooms with balconies or patios. UCC serves up to 200 upperclass (post-first-year) students deluxe single rooms, each with a separate living/study area and a full-size bed.
UCC features community kitchens available for resident use, laundry in each building, Wi-Fi Internet, premium cable TV, social/game lounges, study rooms, a conference room and outdoor volleyball courts.
UCC offers a special-interest housing option for Graduate / 23 & Over.
